SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times We ship worldwide via E-Packet (DHL/FedEx) with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days while fast shipping is approximately 5-7 business days depending from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Custom Duties & Taxes Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


Once the package is prepared and processed, a notification will then be sent to you, via email. Once the package has been shipped out, a tracking code will be created and you will be notified via email.

(please note: The tracking code may take a couple days to process, after the package has already been shipped. Once we are notified with it, we will then notify you with the tracking code, via email.)

 

Please keep in consideration while awaiting your package, that these are BUSINESS days. 

The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the entire order. 

Please be aware that the shipping company does not deliver to a P. O. Box address and we are not responsible for any return due to a wrong shipping address provided.
